Latest update = lost rings

Ok, after the last update I've lost all my rings. Yes, I checked my inventory and made sure they weren't equipped in the wrong spot. They are simply gone. I've talked to several others that experienced this as well.

BTW - everyone I know of was in Alsius not sure if it affected the othe realms too

The rings are not gone. If you look in stat screen you will see the bonus still there. You just can not see them while equipped.

i believe you.... this happend to me before and i lost 2 yelamid rings 2 jidenah eyes and 1 god pendant... I had to spend 5 hours killing yelamid 10 times to get my yelamid rings and 2 hours for my jidenah eyes.. BUT I CANT GET MY GOD PENDANT BACK

NGD said they would replace items if you told them your game name and items lost. Here is my in game information
NGD PLEASE RETURN MY GOD PENDANT!!! I have not had it since the last time people lost items. And I can't repeat the quest to get it again :tsk_tsk:

my rings vanished bro... i equipped darlud rings to take of my invisible yelamid rings..and my yelamid rings never came back... and i put on jidenah eyes to take off my invisible god pendant and my god pendant never came back.. they vanished... NGD said they would replace my items.. Im still waiting.

I did as a test put a ring on that was in my inventory and the "missing ring # 1" was moved to my inventory. Then move that ring the other ring spot and then "missing ring # 2" show up in inventory. So in this case the rings were not missing.

I’m sorry you lost your stuff but ByteMe’s problem is the one I saw and now is fixed by a hot fix added today. I hope NGD will replace your missing things.

i got it all back since the fix.
next time drag your items onto an emtpy bar.
so you are able to reequip the invisible items and they appear again.

NGD is a staff of 8 people... they are working hard to fix the important bugs at this time.... Once they figure out what the problem is... they said they will replace the items.... just wait...

We still have to analyze how or why is this happening, we will return the items when we have the opporunity to take a look at the issue.

Right now we are really busy with show stopping bugs such as crashes and the like.

Hey... a while ago many people in regnum lost items...
there was a post saying ngd would return the lost items... I am still missing (never got)

Im closing this thread, the main topic was referred to a really old update.
Please start a new one if you have to talk about ring balance.
