View Full Version : Constant spells/ Skills do not last the full duration! and cancel each other out

There is a serious problem...

If 5 mages cast lightning on a hyena at the same time and no one has a spell fail only one lightning does full damage. Same with ice blast and many other spells. Please fix the spells so if 1 is casted it works for the full duration no matter what other spells are cast on the enemy.

example:

Given
ice blast damage = 30 40 30 40 50 30 40 30 40 50
lightning damage = 150 150 150 150 150

Problem A
if mage 1 cast ice blast then mage 2 casts ice blast at the same time then

iceblast mage 1 = 30 40
iceblast mage 2 = 30 40 30 40 50 30 40 30 40 50

mage 1 didnt get full damage :tsk_tsk:

Problem B
if mage 1 casts lightning and mage 2 cast lightning at the same time

lightning mage 1 = 150
lightning mage 2 = 150 150 150 150 150

mage 1 didnt get full damage or xp! :tsk_tsk:

NGD please fix the spells so they work for the full duration thank you! :no:

This is important so fix this fast otherwise with the new 10% system, warlocks will have it even harder then before.

every spell cancels and overrides each other.
Its really annoying when a lvl5 buff gets overwritten by a lower one
or a long stun/knock spell by a shorter one

so, its not only an issue with spells that deal damge over time

This post should be moved to development and an answer from NDG would be nice. When can we expect a bug fix?
