Authorization problem
So as far as I can tell I have lost an account. I can't log into the email address associated with my account. The email address was deleted due to inactivity and there is no getting it back. I can't log into ngd support to open a ticket because I don't remember the password for the support site. The only way to get the password would be sending it to the deactivated email address. So no ngd support for the account and no authorization code.
I spent a lot of money on this account and it's sad that it's just lost in the ether for some duct tape security fix. |
