How do I claim the Xmas Ximerin?

I received the email code, but I don't know where to enter it to claim the 2000 Ximerin.

Does everyone get to receive the email? Or only chosen accounts..

I think you have to have enabled the "Receive promotion mails" option in your forum account to get such emails ^^
Just a guess.

afaik, everyone gets it who has a registered account by the deadline date. newer players get 2k and longer time accounts get 4k.

Do you believe that those who refused to receive promotion emails will also get the mail including the redeem code?
Because I hardly doubt that every registered accounts will get it. I might be wrong tho, NGD is the only one who could clear things here ^^

Well sadly, 2 of my accounts from 2007 and 2008 didnt get any ximerin. I did last year but this year none.

Yes, unsubscribed users don't enter in promotional mails like this one.
