Install newest DirectX (DirectX 10 on Vista, DirectX 9 on XP)

the only thing you need to do is install the latest Directx from the following link http://www.gamesforwindows.com/en-US...DirectX10.aspx

i have the same problem, but i already installed the latest directx10 version and it still doesn't work
