[Updated] Community - Applications open for GM activities!
Hello everyone,
Continuing with our purpose of being more in touch with the Community, we’re going to start recruiting active users to become Helpers and potential GM’s. They will fulfill a much needed role nowadays in both Ra and Haven, and in all 3 realms; forming 2 teams of 3 Helpers per server. To do this, we’ll start off by receiving applicants for Helper activities, which is a very simple role consisting on helping users that have doubts or questions about game features, support and other functionalities that are related to the game. To fulfill these tasks, we’ll divide the day in 3 time zones to make sure we have most of the day covered. We know it sounds like a lot of time, but this is just the beginning (check the requirements below!), as more Helpers will be added in the future. It's important to clarify that the Helper account will be a completely new account, and therefore won't affect any of the accounts the applicant may have. Helper Requirements:
If you want to help the Community and think that you meet these requirements, send an e-mail to volunteering.cor@ngdstudios.com providing the following information:

Hi again everyone,
We'd like to share with you some great news about this matter. As of today, we've already received around 150 e-mails from applicants to become Helpers! We're really happy to know that there's such an excitement and willingness to help us out. Due to this, we've decided to double the number of Helpers we'll be taking in. Therefore, the Helpers will be divided into 2 teams (Ra and Haven, respectively), of 6 Helpers per server. If you didn't apply yet to become a Helper, you're still on time! Send an e-mail to volunteering.cor@ngdstudios.com including the information described in the previous post. Best, |
