hello I have a level 34 character and I want Sami to buy a scroll of level 30 I would like to know adauca bath at the other level will actually do level 60
please tell me thanks

The level 30 scroll will bring you to level 30 and not any further. As you're already level 34, this scroll is useless for you. It won't bring you to level 60 ;P
