Promo emails

I just noticed there haven't been any promotion mails for this years anniversary event. Would have been a great opportunity to get old players back, especially since RNG update was in the same time.

Should definitely send one with the character progression update.

Players with gamigo account just ignored too, we never receive any email about anything.

The only auto mail we receive is when we buy xim, no mails about updates, events, nothing, this is just unprofessional.

Even when they opened the transfer from nemon to haven, nothing sent, if they sent mails so many players will be back...because they were waiting for changes...

There is a specific reason why there is no promotion emails:

The game is not promotable. Most of the users that would react to promotion emails would come back, see that they can't get to lvl 60 because of the tedious leveling and abandon again. As we said repeatedly: we will start promotion when the game leveling is solved.

If we make them come back knowing they will leave again quickly, it's like the fable of the Cry Wolf...

Actually i was mainly talking about those who are already lvl 60 and left because of other reasons. That's why i mentioned the rng update.

But yea maybe it is better to wait with that.

Scrap leveling, remove it focus on what the game excels on... PvP & RvR.
