unfortunately I had to make this post since been more than a week i didn't hear from you, when u last time helped me with my account it was left incomplete, i am able to access 1 account but not able to access the other, am not even able to login with the support account attached to this 1, but am able to login on website,, please refer the ticket for complete info,

this account is really important for me it has my main and all old stuffs with manganite weapons as well, please help me recover the account
