Maybe it was Alsius' fort, but Syrtis' gangstas came with spray cans and tried to change it.

i had that too and even had the same thoughts

some monsters like Elder Grypho also have that green aura sometimes

Aye, snow wolves in alsius also occasionaly get a blue tint... Though I saw a syrtis elf die recently, and he got a green tint all over his face, it made him look like a zombie. Wish i had taken a screenie. :P
