the PLAY button is disabled

Hello

I've just finished signing up and downloading the game but I'm unable to start playing because after logging in, the PLAY button is disabled.

I've no idea what's wrong

any help is appreciated.

This can take awhile to activate. Typically it is only a few seconds, but at times, if there is a new patch or lots of server load it can take a few minutes. Did the blue bar show that it was downloading anything? What OS? What is your connection speed type? Good luck
