Missing Ghosts again!

The Ghost Necromancers and Specter Necromancers are missing again. Yesterday Surok went into the spawner and got some of them spawning again (that was cool to watch ) but later in the day they all disappeared again. These are popular pets because they are ranged and they're good for lvling. Otherwise I'm using a lvl 43 Mage Ghost trying to lvl at 48. Any chance we can get a more permanent solution and get our ghosts back?

maybe they spawn at a different place, else they might not spawn again if a hunter steals it as it may count as the one spawning there and will first spawn when he's killed in battle
