Logging in Stops

I log in then hit play and it starts some dowloading stuff i let it go then it just stops on that padge the loading bar dissappears and i cant get to my charecter selection page to start the game ..... can anyone help me out ??????

Have the servers been down for a while or what ???

yes the game crashed about 10:30pm est lastnight,and has been down since,i just tried to log in hoping its fixed but it seems they havent checked the game or are just sleeping or w/e,hopefully itll be up in abit
