Anyone else think it would be great if the International Server players could battle the German Server players once in a while? Obviously they'd need time to develope skills and experience. Is it even possible? I don't have that kind of knowledge as to whether it can be done or not.

i think it would be cool

and if they created a neutral new realm for all 3 realms from both servers to join up to battle the other server

hehehe u no this is just wishful thinking lol

It would take a lot of work for something like this to be possible. First off, you'd have to figure out a way to cluster the two servers, then you'd have to implement a way to move yourself between the servers (DAoC used some kinda teleport/gate thingy I think) and I could imagine that alone would be a headache and a half. As far as a neutral zone, that might be a little more easy, I'd imagine you could create a sectioned off zone that disabled PvP between the realms, but enable PvP based on your "home" server....or something like that. -ponder- maybe that would be a lot of work too hehe.

I'm not saying it can't be done, just that it would take some doing to accomplish the task...and they probably have other priorities right now. (content/bugs/etc.) Maybe we'll see something like that in the far future.
