If you dont have the game installed, then yeah you should install it.

well i instaled this game one week before

and its one small problem.... i go to game and its loading too long... all time... its lag or what?

Thats the server showing us everyday around this time that it works hard :P

To be honest the server around this time takes long to load resources and its tiresome.
