hi all,
first of all sry for my english.
Big thanks for linux port. i am a Archlinux user.
i have Acer Aspire 3023 WLMi with x700 (128MB) ati card . 500 MB ram.
using 2.6.23 kernel with catalyst 7.12 and game seems to run without any problem, but sometimes freezes all my system. i dont think its game bug but "fglrx" driver.
MALLOC_CHECK_=0 solved my problem with glibc.
AIGLX and COMPOSITE disabled.

have anyone same problem with system freeze ? and how i help with bugreports?

I seen a lot>

I think if your graphics card would be ATI it will be work good. The problem at me too is thata meet all the requierements juat my graphic card is not ATi and the game is not working

if the whole box freezes it could also be a heat issue or bad RAM

yesterday i played Sauerbraten Assasin edition cca 5 hours without crash.
in 1280x800 full details and AA.
Today i tried play Regnum without FX etc. played 40mins. System still freeze

freeze in window mode and in fullscreen too.
i cant get any log

maybe tommorow i will try run client with strace.
