Skills: how to spend my points?

Hello everyone there!
I've tried searching for this by myself, but maybe i've been unluck since i couldn't find anything useful.
i'm looking for something that can help me spending my points, since i don't know where spending my points will lead me, and so i really don't know how to place them correctly!
Someone knows about a planner? or maybe just a site where the skills are listed?

There is very little info on skills. The best thing to do is just try them as you can always change you skills using /reset_powers.
