Quest bug -> still have all items but no quest

I cant find any support email, so I hope someone will help me here.

Everything went ok (except the fact that the client crashes sometimes) but last quest went wrong.

It was something around the runestones, I had to place several items on the altar in withering heights (or whatever it is) and I did. The problem is, that I still have all the items: several jugs and one jar, coal, and maybe other stuff, and even the rune ring, but the quest dissapeared. I spoke with the NPC, but it didn't say the quest was completed.

What now? Can somebody fix this?

EDIT: Forgot to mention -> Alusius, character Ook

Hmm, this game doesn't have very good support

Maybe I should request my money back...

Don't offer commercial aplication if you cannot support it.

Sometiems questitems last if you complete quests. Put them on tab 5 and talk to the questmaster again after you got one lvl. If that doesnt work, talk to Heim at Monte or the guy at Birka who gives the nexts quests in runestone ... if you click too fast you might overread that hes giving the next part of runestonequests.

Thx, this realy was the problem. The quest was marked as done, but the next NPC (which I didn't know about, because the quest simply dissapeared) was realy in Birka.
