Alsius quest needs updating: A heart for a stomach

It use to be right a while ago when Orc Warriors were found in Dvergardunn ruins area, but they have been moved to Helluland. The quest asks me to go to Dvergardunn ruins then tells me to kill 14 Orc Warriors...hmm

Quest needs to be updated to make the player go to Helluland...Just thought I'd help by reporting it
