Quest not available

I know from my clanmembers, from other players and from regnumzg.com that at lvl 28 Ekihu have to give some quests. He didn't give me anything.
I reinstalled and updated resources, no improvement, Pls help!

Realm: Syrtis
Questmaster: Ekihu (Fisgael)
lvl: 28 (class: knight)

I did the lvl 27 quests wich are the requirements of these new ones. It must be some sort of bug.

It seems my problem is solved. I had to go back to Telin in Korsum

I missed the questline earlier. That was my problem. It was solved

If you found a Runestones quest at that level, it was more than likely one that you missed earlier on.

I think they were quests that were removed for whatever reason (it happens).

I know this thread is a bit old but replying to it anyway so that people know in the future.

I am certain there was a lvl 28 runestone quest and a lvl 38 one. The lvl 38 one was one about "Missing Runestones".
