New Quests?

Has anyone found new quests for higher level players in this update?

In Hopstad, Montsogner, Birka, Skolheim, Rottevall and the initation point are no new quests for lvl 40 and below. That is all I know.

I scanned almost the entire noob island in syrtis and couldn't find any new quest. Anpu says that his quest from the contest is also not in the game.
