What a hell is with that huge lag??? I have a very good ISP and 6Mbps internet connection but i have huuuuuuuuge lag and I need to relog every 2 minutes and I can make just 5k exp with that lag.

Yes, it's the same for everyone.
It's not the ping to the server that's the problem, but the CPU or memory usage of the server I guess.

Too much load on them recently.
