Issue with Mage quest; "New Weapons"

I'm having a bit of trouble with this mission... It seems that an enchanter in Nasraah Tej Village tells you to interact with a vase in the corner. I've tried it abillion times, but I just simply don't know what to do. It seems that nothing happens, when you try to interact with the vase.

This is an enormously annoying problem, not being able to do one of your first quests, so I'd like to know, if this problem is gonna get fixed sometime soon?

You're sure you're standing in front of the vase(right next to it) and double clicking it?
