Protect the Support Healer
To all Alsius (tho i suspect this applies to other realms too) you must protect your support healers!!! A number of times lately i have been left behind and forgotten about. It happened today after a skirmish at pp. I had been busy healing at the back of the group until there was only one enemy left. Someone cast onslaught , i missed it and fell behind as they chased him. The hunter Fluffy Muffin appeared out of camo and attacked me as i chased after my allies. Repeated calls for help were ignored; it seems they had their minds set on catching the one enemy they were chasing.
I created a support healer because i wanted to help people and i thought Alsius was in need of them. Also, i hear a lot of complaints that there are too many warjurers, so i didn't want to be critisized for this. Well, i'll tell you something: it is very frustrating when you have no attacks and the attacking classes on your side fail to protect you. You start to wish you could fight back. Other classes are quick to point out when healers don't do their job and heal. So i am pointing out your failures now: Protect your support!! If i keep getting killed this way i will feel forced to configure my skills more aggresively. And you, at least as much as me, will have created another warjurer. |

To be fair you don't go far with mental 13 against a hunter. You have 5 secs with beetle swarm, but if you're confused you're pretty dead. And only high levels have the spare points for that.
Things wouldn't be so bad with a reasonable confuse.

no, not really imo you'll just have to find out who you can trust and who won't leave you behind. If these people leave you behind remember them, tell em' their mistakes and if they leave you behind one more time you simply won't help them either. I thought alsius were good at teamwork? Anyway, if you want, please donate a zarkit to me |

As people already said you defenses are in wizardy and oh surprise they cant be used while you are under confuse. Even if you are a warjurer they only have to wait a bit, get behind you and 1 or 2. Or you are confused or you used sanctuary, the two options means death if you are alone so better continue with the healer support. Swarm give you 5 seconds extra and has some utilities to non archer opponents. If the hunter doesnt have confuse you are really hard to beat so you have a lot of time to get help. The best as always is you donwloading the fucking mumble. How many times have we to say it you lazy? With that you can shout at home and maybe someone hears you. And you can chat when you are dead with it! |
