Whats the Point

what is the point of playing the Beta if they are just gonna delete our characters? seriously i dont want to start at level 1 knowing i had a level 13 character.

The point is in helping the developers find and fix problems in order to make the final release a better game. It's also a chance for you to learn the game's in and outs so that when the final version is released you will have an advantage over someone who has never played before and can therefore lvl faster and more easily.

BTW..I really wouldn't be upset about losing a lvl 13 char lol. Lvl 13 can be achieved in 2-3 days so it's not such a big deal. Anyway, if it bothers you so much - stop playing until the beta ends.
