I've really been trying hard to change my ways. To be more understanding, to be less critical of others. To be a little more optimistic in life. But it's hard, and it seems people test my patience at every turn. If you give an inch they take a mile. If you show compassion and forgiveness they take it as a weakness and try to exploit it. I think this lyric sums up my feelings atm.
