Is NGD back?

Some of NGD's recent changes include:
- Updated forum ranks
- More avatars for the forum (some of them user created)
- More developer presence in the forums (they're responding to threads again)
- Armor tinting as a premium service on experimental server

Let's hope this trend continues!
