I really need help!!!

Well, there was a freezing glitch so I couldn't move. So i tried exiting using
Ctrl, Alt, Delete. So Regnum closed. But, when I tried to log on again IT SAID MY USER WAS STILL LOGGED ON!!! And now I can't get on anymore. I am so hoping
that someone will help me. If you can PLEASE tell.
