Full Screen Alt+Enter not working

On my two computers at home the ALT+ENTER switching from Full Screen mode works great. Oone desktop, one laptop, both ATI cards. On my computer here at work, with an nVidia card (7950) the ALT+ENTER doesnt work. Is there anything I can do to get it to work? Im able to shrink down the game, but then it pops up again after a couple of seconds. Im also running linux. Thanks for any tips!

You can't force this game to do that. Just apply the Fullscreen from the Options befor you start the game.
