Korzum's people don't talk to me!

Hello my friends!

I'm a lvl 18 syrtis conjurer, and have already done all the quests in fisgael city (as u have told me).

When I go to korzum the town crier tells me that there are 3 people who have a quest for me. BUT when I talk to any of theese people they don't tell me anything about quests, only the greetings.....

What I have to do in ordem to make then talk?
