Sort of new. Have a few questions
I played this game awhile ago and can remember liking it, but nothing else about it. After finally remembering the name of the game...I just got it downloaded.
1. Are there very many castle siege-type battles? What are they like? Are people shooting stuff from the top of walls or is it unorganized with people randomly running around? 2. So far the combat is pretty slow. What are some things about PVE that will make me want to keep playing later? Just playing for the PVP right now. Do not know much about the PVE. 3. Just looked at the Battle Map thing on the website, is one side always killing everything? Looks like the green guys are capturing everything at the moment. It will probably change by the time someone answers this...looks more balanced now. 4.Does it take forever to level? I'm fine with it if it does, just curious. The last RPG I played it took me 1 year almost to get to the top level lol. Don't play much. 5. Do the quests get more interesting or complicated later on? Ok im done for now, probably be back later with more though. Thanks! Last edited by youdiemelive; 09-15-2008 at 03:21 AM. |

1. Sieges are as organized as the players taking part in it. Sometimes they run around like headless chickens while sometimes they are as organized as a seal team.
2. PVE is rather monotonous. Even if majority of the game is spent here, I think it's the weakest point of the game. The RVR aspect of it is pretty good and can be fast paced if you are in a group that knows what they are doing. 3. Horus is stil a young server, so don't expect the large scale battles Ra is dishing out. Since there aren't too many players in Horus, you sometimes get a single realm taking over all the forts and castles. In Ra, it's a lot more difficult to do that since taking a fort will almost guarantee a response. 4. 2 months of hard core grinding if you don't have premium and 2 weeks hard core grinding if you use premium. 5. There are new PVP quests and they look like fun. The story lines can be interesting too.
