Game will not let me log in

ok I was playing the game for about 2 hrs then I logged out about 2 hrs later I tryed to log back in the server says I am allready logged in I have tryed restarting the cable modem also rebooting this computer it still instists I am logged in. Anyideas?

Maybe the game is still running?
Check the task manager for roclient.exe processes and quit them.

I can log in on this computer using wifes account so the problem is not on this computer but serverside

thank you too the support team for logging me out manually
