What is this inventory box for?

When I open my inventory there is a box across from the amulet box that I would assume was for a second amulet by the look of it but i cant equip anything in that slot. It must have a purpose but I cant seem to figure it out. Anyone know what its for or how to use it?

It's a cape slot from the earlier days of beta. Capes were removed because of bugs, but the slot wasn't.

NGD is going to implement "bling" in the near future. This would be where your clocks, chains, basic "ghettoness" goes.
