help launching

I'm using Xubuntu 8.04 and I installed RO. After I give the correct username and password, it simply close the window and.... nothing happens!
What do I have to do?

Any output in terminal?
Dont start with shortcut that installation made, but with ./rolauncher

Are graphic drivers ok? Do you satisfy minimum game requirements?

We cant help if we dont know some more details.

I've got the SAME problem, my terminal gave me this when i tried to use ./launcher
The program 'rolauncher' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
