Problem ANSWER PLEASE!!!

After the site was down I started haveing lag problems. Then All of a sudden my player froze I could still make him run and walk but he wouldn't move ( his legs would but he wouldn't. I could still everything moveing around me but I couldn't. Then after about 30 sec of not miving a screen would pop up saying something like this " You have been removed from the server clike here to exit " . Then my internet connection would go out for about a day. Then the next day I would be able to exces the internet again. But once I would try to get back regnum I would start right where I was when I exited and once again I would be frozen removed from the server and my internet wouldn't work.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Maybe the problem is in your internet connection.
