looks like near the ignis wall, on war zone side(north side near meni beach). theres alwyas alot of mobs in a small area over there, but most of them are aggro so its not the best spot to grind

Yeah its the Meni/Medenet Wall

The mobs on the Allahed/Medenet side usually "run" when you click on them, usually taking them over the wall.
