Its from all realms, blue stuff from alsius, green from syrtis and red from ignis.
You "can" get the item regardless of the server (stuff from foreign realm cant be using tho), however its like a lottery.

Thorkul's Spear is lvl 50 Barbarian not 48.

Oops! nvm, its different hahahaha but ya its supposed to be lvl 50

The staff which i have from Evendim. it was +5 cast speed (just +5 not %), but somehow that bonus changed to +5 int
