quest problem

im from alsius stallion im having problems with some quest for some wierd reason i cant interect with the things they telling family zoo quest i think the name is i cant get the book well i hope it fix soon

I'm in the same situation they say "Interact with card" but there is no Map for this Region so far I know. So I'm stuck
