Can only play in experimental server

I can't play in the official server, only at the experimental. Can somebody help me with this problem?

Well, when I enter in the official server, I enter in the game, but when I start playing, I'm disconnected from the game; I can't talk with anybody, or attack monsters, because I can't find them (I'm a level 1 warlock, at Ignis). But in experimental server, I can find monsters, but I can't battle them; I see people, but a message appears saying something about I'm too far away to talk (even when I am literally "inside" them). I don't know what's going on....
