How to get power points?

Hi all,
maybe this is very noob question, but how can i get power points?

Thx for answers

PS: Im lvl 7 and have 0 power points

you will get power points from lvl 8, then more power points every other level until 50

i think it was 2 powerpoints for every even level from lvl 10 onwards, think you get 1 powerpoint at lvl 8
