strange (yet serious) bug after today's update
Hi,
I recently updated my version of Regnum online and logged in to play. After i killed some mobs (all worked flawless except i got kicked out one time) i was no more able to move my character. There was no problem about casting spells or using several options such as browsing the inventory. I was even able to toggle between normal mode and combat mode. The only problem i have: I cannot move my character by an inch! It just sticks to its position. By the way it is not possible to turn as well. I decided to relogg because i suspected my machine to struggle but even after relogg i could not move. I even killed my character by the die option. The result is now: A character that cannot move next to the eternal pillar in Fisgael. This is really annoying, i hope you guys can figure out the problem and fix it very soon. thanks Last edited by going_nutz; 03-23-2007 at 12:48 AM. |

There is one thing it could be. Have you checked your inventory? It could be full; if that is the case try dropping some items. have a good day.

Yes,
Please check if your inventory is encumbered. You can check this by looking at the ### / ### numbers below your character doll. The first one is the current weight and the second one is the maximum weight. If you surpass the maximum by a long shot, you won't be able to move. Regards

Hi!
Thank you for the hint. But i really should have known that since i am not new to this kind of game. (In fact, i knew you can't move when overburdened but i just was too foolish to check that.) Sorry, completely my fault. Anyway, thank you for your replies. "Problem" solved. (I think this topic can be closed.) regards |
