Certain spots are only possible to visit as Utghar (abuse?)

Hi NGD!

This is a couple of questions that should have a simple answer ("Yes" or "No"). Please provide one - I mean, I don't want to be banned for using a "race specific" opportunity if it's not intended

The issue:
On certain spots on the map, where there is water, only some characters with a certain length can stand. Basically, since Utghars are a bit taller than most classes (especially dwarves) they can move further out in the water. This opens for a kind of "race abuse" where taller characters (such as me) can use the water to drown other (shorter) characters by walking there.

My question(s):
Is this an intended effect of different lengths in game?
Is it abusing to use such effects of lengths?

well i dont think itd happen enough to be an abuse..besides it their fault for being so dumb.

even better to knock or immobilize them while theyre at it.

i know alot of people who've used the environment to their advantage, either by mobs aggro, or deliberatly leading others to drown by use of knock/stun spells.

Another problem i have found when on my hunter (dwarf) is that at forts, places where taller "people" can stand and shoot from dwarfs can not, this can be a big disadvantage to us dwarfs. we can not run over the water either as utghars and nordos do as we will drown. Or climb onto logs as easily as others do.
So i guess its swings and roundabouts really, some can do what others cant depending on race. Luckily i have all 6 char's so i will be able to experience them all. The good and the not so good.

i have a dwarf marksmen and i kno how u feel =(. plus my barb gets traped on tiney stones that them tall guys walk over and use it to run away =(
