Stop your cry!!!
Friends, don`t you you still get tired of words "nerf", "overpowered", "useless" etc?
I hear every time phrases like: "Hunters are overpowered", "Marksmans become useless", "Knights become weak", "NGD should nerf sultar terror". WTF? Do you remember main feature of RPG? Right! As long as you play you become more and more powerfull. Why does we should lost our powers? Is it a REAL cause that somebody moan every time that he got killed by hunter? In RO every class have its own advantages and disadvantages. In let it be! And IMO NGD have to leave our powers alone in peace =). NGD, if you want to work on ballance, start from that issue: Mages have 7 branches of powers and more PP and DP. Others have only 6 branches. Please, stop nerfing policy. You loose you players. As a suggestion... If you think that some spell is too strong, do not nerf it, but make power with antispell for some other class. And also, please, fix bugs with position, with pet`s slow speed etc. That is very important for us! And any way, thank you, NGD! We hope you`ll make that game awesome.

Imo NGD are nearly as close as they will get to "balance" soon as SM is out I cant think of anything else that I would want changed, cept maybe making a few powers work as described, but untill then

If you play MMOs you have to expect changes especially when it actively being developed and improved.
Player trends, item-, gameplay- and skill changes positive or negative all have impact on balance. NGD are doing good job on balance, with some 'huge' gameplay changes in 1.0.6 they will have to re-evaluate classes and their functionality. It think it be safe to say many more balance changes will come. It will take sometime to see all effects and they definitely have their work cut out for them. Only wish they could consider more ‘fine’ adjustments instead of the big trend breaking nerfs that they often seem to think are necessary. Also when skills are changed, looking over the mana cost, cooldowns etc to ensure that the skills still have some potential is something that absolutely can be improved. But if they stopped adjusting/nefing spells at all and kept introducing counter-spells instead, the new counter-spells itself could be a little imbalanced. As a reaction counter-spells to those spells would be added and they'd be again imbalanced so there would be counter-counter-counter-spells. After several iterations the fights could just turn into "who will cast the one and almighty spell first", which would be hella boring if you ask me...

We need such crying for balance. Or at least some of it.
But yeah, stop crying! " I got nerfed!!! " I'm sick of it. 1.0 was the best update for me at all because it made me learn how to play my hunter. Adapt to new situations and you'll become a far better player than those crying "I got nerfed"! My two cents to that topic... They do it like that. Maybe not enough, but they definitely do it. E.g. pricking ivy. |

And BTW, hunters is one of the hardests classes to play. I disagree that hunters stronger than marksmans etc. Every class is good in good hands. Player just have to choose right class\classes. I cannot do that yet Really don`t know what is better for me. Everything is tasty =)

You will not be 100% pvp or war ready until lvl 50.... People that run into the war zone before that and cry about losing battles should be ignored. Some casting times will need to be lowered or made instant for players with range 15 or less to deal with the new movement speed. Other skills will also need to be adjusted to have less casting time.... nothing should have casting time 3 with less than range 25 in my opinion, because you can run more than 25m in 3 seconds. |

Bugs in program - is a common problem which have to be fixed. But nerfing is not fixing any common problems, that is just eternal tryings to increase balance. And after any try we get more and more bugs.
