How to connect with Horus Eng server ?

Hello,

i was wondering how i can select the Horus server,

i only see Tyr ( Nederlands )
and Ra ( Spanish )
and Amun ( Experimental )

That is really strange. Which country to you live in? Im in North America so i only get Horus, Ra, Amun. AFAIK which servers you can connect to are determined by where you log in from.

Or do you use a proxy server to get online?

Im not 100% on it, bit im pretty sure; seems they want to divvy up players by language, which i guess isnt a bad thing. You can always set up a proxy server in North America.....i think there are some free ones, but idk that i would trust them. Tyr is pretty new, and i think they are still running some promotions for it (free premium) but i could be wrong. Best bet is to email NGD directly.

Wierd, i posted this after post number 4, so this is meant as response to that one.

im from belgium i didnt knew they had ip ranges to certain servers that sux

Somehow the new Belgian or Dutch players will not see Horus in their list, only the servers you described. In case you're a Dutch speaking Belgian, you're invited to Tyr, a newly opened server for Dutch speaking players. Otherwise you could join Ra, where there's also an English community,

i know how Linux Gamigo users can login to the horus server this might work for u as well.

Probably u have to change the ip-Adresses of your game.cfg to the following:
sv_game_server_host = 91.123.197.138
sv_game_server_tcp_port = 48000
sv_retriever_host = 91.123.197.143
sv_retriever_port = 80

U have to get the md5 hash of your password for example on this website: http://hash-it.net/

Open a terminal and type in the following two lines:
cd ./regnum/live
./game "your Username" "MD5 Hash of your password"
