Prime officer missing
 the prime officer has been missing in thundermace ruins for ages now, i wish he would come back because i need to do that quest to carry on with the other main quests to level my mage up. please someone fix this bug and put the prime officer back in thundermace ruins in the ruins

maybe he fell of a cliff. go check the surroundings, as they tend to do that ...
