Log in issues

Hi, new girl to the game.

Can anyone help me out? I can't log in to the game! It keeps saying invalid user/password.

If anyone could help me out that would be great

Obivous question. Is it the right username/password? Have you logged in before, and if so, did you crash out. Sometimes it gives you silly errors like that if you crash and its things you are still in the game. Unlikely, but possible.

I did the obvious things when it came up with this message, like resetting the password, checking if there was any other steps to account completion but still no luck

Your best bet is to email the devs. Email should be on main page. Im not 100% on that though. Possibly i suppose it could be a firewall/router issue missing a port or something. Again, im grasping at straws here, but who knows..... Email, NGD, it might take them a few days to get back to you, but they well.

It's let me in now

but now i have another problem!

It says my graphics card is too old etc and i have next to no knowledge of linux to do this. Will i ever get to play this game?!

Which card is it? You can try to install the Manufacturers drivers.

Is your card on the list of supported cards? http://www.regnumonline.com.ar/index...c=20&subsec=41

Which flavor of linux do you use? Under ubuntu 9.04 its......

System -> Administration -> Hardware Drivers

It gave me that error last time i tried playing without enabling restricted drivers. Im no linux guru either, but ive picked up a few things... Hope i can help.

If using restricted drivers doesnt work then you may need a new vid card.
