or he doubleposted more than allowed

This guy tricks people for money, was asked to hold 2.2m for one of my friends and ran away knowing what he was doing, after that yelling something about syrtis were enemies and ignis will live on and he's only spying on syrtis.
Can this guy get banned and my friend have his money back?

his ignis character is nightstalker

his other characters on syrtis are alex c and alex c

the difference between the alexes is two spaces between alex and c on one of them.

ahh yes, that is who that low lvl mage that was trying to talk to me. I am sure he wanted me to give him some money to hold.
