Goblin choppers.

It's a lvl 14 quest. You need to kill 13 goblin choppers to protect some trees. Neither me and another guy can't seem to find them. Is the quest bugged? OR still not done fully. It's a syrtis quest btw.

Yeah I think it's not yet implemented. Everybody has the same problem :O So we just wait
