Premium tradeable?

Are the premium items tradeable? I am just curious seems that nobody knows who I asked in-game. If yes I am looking for a horse ra/syrtis atm I got millions =)

No premium items are tradeable accept:

Lucky Box Items
Box Gems that are IN weps, cannot be traded if its not

I think there was something about 'xim gifts' at one point where you could buy someone else something or give them a pack of xim or w/e think that vanished into the abbys of 'soon' though.

well this could encourage RWT and ruin the game economy imo ( if one exists?)... so its best left alone.
