Problem loading

Hello guys.I create my char with no problem but when i try to enter the game i cannot complete the loading.In the beinning loading goes normal but after 3-5 seconds it starts togo at 0.1 kb/s and then it says that there was a connection problem and i should check connection and to try later,but my connection is PERFECT!What can i do?Thanks in advance for your replys and sorry for my english,i hope you understood.

hola no tengo idea de ingles pero en el mundo Ra(internacional) no puedo conectarme = q varios si entenden jeje y saben cmo arreglarlo o cual es el problema me gustaria q me lo dijeran
